Summary14531: Reload (F5) broke Expressioon Manager
Description

Reloading with F5 seems to broke EM

Steps To Reproduce

Import included survey, lauch, go to 1st question page: enter something : see the update
Reload with F5 : enter something : nothing happen

Additional Information
  1. Related to Ajax mode, deactivate is OK
  2. We don't have the "you loose information" (we have it wihout ajax mode)
  3. All javascript fro ajax mode is really hard to remove, have it with https://gitlab.com/SondagesPro/SurveyThemes/skelvanilla where i try to remove all ajax related ,code …

Tested with 1.15.8 too (before the nulber js update)
