Summary14479: Participant invalid email allowed and no error management

This bug is due to allowing invalid email in participant : see rules : no email validation

Steps To Reproduce

See https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=14476 : create a particpant with an invalid email show same

Additional Information

Staring to work on this adding rules to Participant , but there are no validation system : usage of ->save without testing if it's Ok etc …
Then : Participant are not saved but no errors are shown to admin : this is the issue …
