Summary14246: Ability to add answer options/subquestions within the question form
Description

One of the first feedback I received for creating surveys is that adding answers/subquestion doesn't seem very obvious and could be more intuitive.

Hence I'm wondering if this has been already considered to have the add answer options/subquestions form loaded within creating the question itself?

This would seem a very natural flow and is in practice of some other survey platforms, thus I'm wondering if there might be any good reason this would not work, perhaps in relation to the different question type dependencies?
