Summary14242: Bug report field for the Complete LS version number of Fixed Issues for traceability and verification
Description

Currently the bug report form unfortunately only has a "Fixed in Version" field which is limited to the major versions ie. "3.15.x" which does not enable us to verify if one actually has the fix already in their major version.

Example:
1) I noticed the quick actions button hyperlink to add a question is not working
2) I found the bug report https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=14106
3) Already marked as "Fixed in Version 3.15.x"
4) but in my install "Version 3.15.1+181017" the problem is still there

I then only figured out that

5) clicking the Diff links to the github master which reveals the complete version (in this case 3.15.3+181108)

SIMPLE SOLUTION:
Ideally, change the "Fixed in Version" to the exact version but if this is too complex in nature than perhaps
ADD one text field to enter manually the "Fixed in Complete LimeSurvey Verison" and make it mandatory, please :)

Additional Information

The major version will give a quick indication while the complete number would enable us to trace it back quick and easy.
