Summary14092: Admin Seite kann im IE nicht aufgerufen werden
Description

Wenn ich die Admin Seite bzw. den Admin Login im Internet Explorer aufrufe, dann kommt eine leere weiße Seite.
In der Konsole stehen dann verschiedene Syntaxfehler (adminbasics.js, lsadminpanel.js und lstutorial.js)

im Edge und im Firefox tritt der Fehler nicht auf

in english: if I call the admin panel in my limesurvey site mySite/admin in Internet Explorer, there are several errors shown in the log console of the browser and only a plain white page is shown.

according to GitHub this problem should already be adressed and be fixed in 3.14.9+180917.
I downloaded my version last week from limesurvey.org but the release tag in github was created after that.
So I will try with source code from GitHub directly
