Summary13798: Ajaxmode : default save/reload/clearall button unfonctional
Description

The default button hidden with ls-js-hidden are unfonctional if theme editor want to show it

Steps To Reproduce

Import included template , set it to a survey, try the buttons

Additional Information

The 2 save/reload button does nothing
The clearall , after check the checkbox do nothing
The clearall without check the checbox work BUT if you put NO : you see the alert X times before it close.

It work in some previous release and without ajaxmode
