Summary	13347: No way to set user password (is super-admin)
Description	Even in primary forced super admin : no way to set a password for an user if you set it as super-admin
Steps To Reproduce	Login as super-admin, Create a new account, Update Permission to check super admin try to set password : don't find the way.
Additional Information	There are some setup where no email was sent : we NEED a way to set manually a password by admin user. For super-admin : maybe show a warning message : You can not … bla bla …
