Description

if "siteadminemail" sends e-mails containing passwords etc. it would be nice that this is a S/MIME certified e-mail. please add a field containing information of the path to the private key.
second step: check, whether the recipient e-mail has a public key

My point of view

  1. LimeSurvey must NOT send password in email, only a one time login
  2. S/MIME certicication must be done by plugins (still a good idea).
