Summary12152: Tokens should be only in lower-case letters and numbers
Description

It would be nice to bee able to force the tokens to be only in lower-case letters and numbers. In other words no capital letters.
In order to get a high percentages of answers I have to send the respondents a letter. When I do that it is vital that the token is easy to read. I have experienced a lot of misreading when there is high and low case letters together with numbers eg. Il10oO
