Summary12139: Allow to modify usesleft default in survey creation
Description

When importing tokens table you can set the desired usesdefault value. but for public registration surveys there is not possible to overwrite the defalt number (1).
Of course you can edit manually after the table is created biut it seems not very practical with 100 or 200 new registration each day
