Summary12060: Allow function hook instead of auth_webserver_autocreate_permissions array
Description

When using Authwebserver, it would be usefull to have the possibility to configure the permissions based on the information provided by the webserver about the user.

Instead of a static auth_webserver_autocreate_permissions array, a function hook that can look at the information provided by the webserver would do the job.

In fact : setPermissionAfterUserCreation (name is too big, but it's the idea ;) must exist for other AuthPlugin (LDAP currently in core)
