Summary11317: Saving to be sorting and to be shown number of rows at tabular overviews (e.g. browse response) at user settings
Description

  1. Can we store things like the number of to be displayed rows per screen when browsing responses or tokens at the user details?
    All the time I have to raise it from 10 to 100 to see more than the very few lines by default.

  2. For such overviews can we also store the preferred sorting? Some want to view the "list survey" overview sorted by creation date, some by name, some by ID.
    Same for the responses. Some want to see latest on top, some want to sort by other details.
