If a second decimal number is 0, then the whole number is changed

Steps To Reproduce

In the attached simple survey try these steps:

  • In 1st question set 34,50
  • Go to the next section and back to check which number has been saved
  • It appears 3,45

The thousands-separator feature is buggy. Please don't use it - we will probably remove it soon.
