Summary11237: fields with thounsands separator and decimals have to have 2 decimals
Description

Wenn ich Felder mit Tausender Trennzeichen formatiere und Dezimalstellen anschalte, dann sind das immer genau zwei Dezimalstellen. Wenn man das Tausender Trennzeichen nicht verwendet, dann kann man beliebig viele Kommastellen verwenden. Idealerweise sollte in beiden Fällen eine Möglichkeit bestehen, die Anzahl der Dezimalstellen festzulegen.

It is not possible to format a number with more or less than two decimals when using thounds separator
when I don't use the thousand separator it is possible. But it is not possible to set the number of decimals at all.
