Summary11228: Non admin user see 12 times each survey in Survey list
Description

A non admin user, with only create Survey permission, see the same survey (created by the user himself) 12 times.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a non admin user with only create survey permission, add one or more surveys and go to survey list. See each survey be listed 12 times.
