Description

Like I report in the forum here:

If I hide the "Title" or "Comment" in a "File Upload" question from the settings, when i go to see the response view the Titles/Data in the columns are shifted.

I attach a picture to explain it better.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Make a question before, a "File/Upload" question and a question after.
2) Go in the settings of the "File Upload" and hide "Title" or "Comment" or both.
3) Activate the survey and fill one test survey
4) Go in the response view and check the Title/Data correspondence in the Response Table view.
5) The Data is Shifted when the File/Upload question is displayed and the Title does not correspond to the data.

We'll replace soon the jQgrid responses by the Yii Grid. It will resolve those bugs. So I just lower its priority.
