Summary10951: replace existing smilies with more comprehensive collection
Description

The small smiley collection which is available in the html editor is quite outdated and limited. I really want to either have this collection replaced by another one, e.g. http://525icons.com/index.html or https://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icons/ or the possibility to upload custom collections.

I use custom icons to make scales, e.g. dices, thumbs or smilies.

We already have Font-Awesome included (and Glyphicon is uised too).

But core don't have to import 2 or 3 sets of icon : only one :)

But here : it's picture (img src) not font's ...
