Currently each item in the question index only receives the class "missing" if not all answers are filled in on the referred to page.

Could it be made such that each item on the question index received a class from the list:

• untouched (which means that the reffing page was never opened by the respondent)
• touched (which means that the referring page was opened but no answers were given)
• not-completed (touched, some answers, but not all are given)
• mandatory-completed (touched, all mandatory questions are completed)
• completed (all questions are completed)
