Summary10699: Add a book generator to manual
Description

A lot of user want a PDF or a book of the manual.

Actually wikipedia use Books : https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Book&bookcmd=book_creator&referer=LimeSurvey

It work : i send a pdf generated. But seems broken with some advanced feature.

Additional Information

Alternative is to do a rtf / latex with Books , and update it (but need some money : then sell it).
