Summary10609: add expiration info to listsurveys view
Description

It would be nice to have access to expiration information in the listsurveys view. adding the start time and expiration times as sortable columns, as well as replacing the "Active: Yes/No" pulldown with a "Status: Active/ Expired / Inactive" pulldown.

Additional Information

in the same way surveys are distinguished as "Active, Inactive, Expired" when Copying a survey add that functionality as well as the Start / Expiration time columns to the listsurveys view.

the 2.50+ 160317 build does some of this, i would still like an "Active" (aka non expired, but started survey) choice.
