Within the file application/helpers/SurveyRuntimeHelper.php at about line 576 the setcookie function is called without the optional parameter 'path'. So the client receives a cookie with path 'index.php'.

Normally no problem but I tried to build an own script within the web root for some automatic forwarding to current questions. That script can't receive that LS_999_STATUS cookie and can't decide if the user already filled out that survey.

Any reason why you don't just full the path either with '/' or with the possible installation subdirectory?

I for myself just added the '/' parameter as y quick fix (until the next update).
