Fixed issue CR-1421: Themes overview page showing error when configuration can't be loaded or is invalid (03857)

  • CR-1422: during survey theme import layered folders inside a zip are not recognized

  • CR-1423: invalidate theme with missing metadata

  • use native yii findFiles helper
