Summary	09564: Expression manager logic file take survey language for admin string
Description	In Survey logic file in 2.05 : Some admin string is shown in admin language (question type for example) EM is in survey language (we must fix it too) In Survey logic file in 2.05 : All string is shown in survey language (question type for example) EM is in survey language (we must fix it too)
Steps To Reproduce	Import a lss file in another language (with an understanding language is better : russian for example : http://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=9563 )
Additional Information	When testing survey, go to EM file etc .... I see russian for whole admn page , even "Administration -- Logged in as: username" Have to find the exact way to reproduce ...
