Summary09989: Error CDB Command fail. PostgreSQL when import a VV answer file
Description

I have a survey whit the last stable version of limesurvey ( limesurvey206plus-build151018.zip) with PostgreSQL database.

When I import a VV answer file, I get Error CDB Command fail.SQL Syntax Error: 7 Error at the end

Steps To Reproduce

In a survey export answer in a VV file.
Then import that file
You will see the error (PostgreSQL)

In the release before it was working OK
