Summary09985: Upgrading from 2.05 to 2.06 redirect loop.
Description

When upgrading from 2.05, for example 2.05_plus_150211 to 2.06_plus_151016 I am getting redirect loops, on 2 different servers.

Upgrading first to 151014 works, and then to 151016 works as well; this seems to suggest it is related to applying database upgrades in 151016.
