Summary	09979: Base fields on the Registration page should have an Asterisk (*) beside them
Description	The First Name, Last Name, and Email fields in the application/views/register/registerForm.php file should have an asterisk (*) beside their name, as all three are required to submit the registration form. These three fields look out-of-place without the usual asterisks, especially if extra Attributes are defined that are marked as required, as they do have an asterisk next to them.
