Summary09903: Field Description (and checkboxes) entries seem missing for attribute_10+
Description

While Field Description and checkboxes are saving for attribute_1 - attribute_9, beginning at attribute_10 these user-defined entries seem to be missing after Save > Back to field attribute management.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to field attribute management.
  2. Add 10 attributes.
  3. Enter Field Descriptions for each.
  4. On attribute_10 check mandatory and show during registration.
  5. Save.
  6. Back to field attribute management.
  7. Note missing Field Description and checkboxes on attribute_10
Additional Information

When repeating the Steps to Reproduce on 11 attributes, both attribute_10 and attribute_11 are missing Field Description and checkboxes after returning "Back to field attribute management."
