Summary09885: LDAP pluging - Default setting "LDAP authentication" does not apply
Description

When pluging "Ldap authentication" is enabled and configured as default method (check to make default authentication method), it not applied.

Steps To Reproduce

Activate pluging ldap and check "Check to make default authentication method".
Refresh several times (F5) admin module without credentials.
The default authentication method show different values: "LDAP" or "LimeSurvey internal database"

Additional Information

The authentication screen displays as athentication method "LDAP" or "LimeSurvey internal database" alternatively.

Although "Check to make default authentication method" into LDAP pluging is selected, in authentication screen appears "LimeSurvey internal database" as default authentication method when plugin "LimeSurvey internal database" is below plugin "LDAP" in the list plugings(annex file scree1).
When plugin "LDAP" is below plugin "LimeSurvey internal database" in the list plugings (annex file scree2), it's correct, in authentication screen appears "LDAP as default authentication method.

Interestingly, the authentication method "LimeSurvey internal database" change their order in the list plugings automatically.
