Summary	09858: GConv librairy presence is not checked at the installation
Description	If the GConv librairy is missing on the system, then the excel export does not work properly. It could be usefull to have an optionnal check at the installation.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a jail to chroot apache and copy the minimal system into the jail (you can follow/adapt the procedure here : http://en.tldp.org/LDP/solrhe/Securing-Optimizing-Linux-RH-Edition-v1.3/chap29sec254.html ). Then launch the installation, create a survey, answer it, and try to export the excel result. Only a few information are exported : answer id and response time (see attached file)
