Summary09807: Can't Initialize Token Table for Surveys
Description

When I try and initialize the token table after my survey has been created I get an "Internal Server" error.

Steps To Reproduce

I tried to initialize the token table in both Chrome and IE and received the same Internal Error message.

I cannot reproduce this at all here. It looks to me like you have an error in your database. You should update to the latest version, then run an Integrity check of the database (Icon in the main toolbar).
If you still have the error after that please export your database and attach a copy here or send it to carsten.schmitz @ limesurvey.org

I get the exact same error when I click on the Plugin Manager. Not sure if that info. helps narrow down the issue.

Which version of MySQL are you running?

I received your database dump. Can you describe the exact steps to reproduce the problem with your dump?
Can you try and clean out the dir \limesurvey\tmp\runtime\cache ?

I created 10 test questions in the question wizard. When select the "Token Management" icon to create the token tables I get the internal server error mentioned previously. That same error occurs when I select the "Plugin Manager" icon.

Would it help if I created a user account for you so you can see my issue?

I also cleaned out the cache directory that you mentioned and still received the error.

I cannot reproduce the issue at all, even using your database.
What PHP version is this exactly?

Just access to LimeSUrvey would be futile - I would need FTP access at least so I can debug.
