Summary09771: Unable to upgrade from 1.87 to 2.06
Description

After setting up the permissions for the directories I begin the DB upgrade portion where Lime survey kicks out the following:

Internal Server Error

The table "{{plugins}}" for active record class "Plugin" cannot be found in the database.

An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

Steps To Reproduce

Follow thru the configuration setup during the upgrade and it goes to the db upgrade automatically.
