Summary09755: afterPluginLoad event aren't call for survey listing
Description

In 2.05 : we can use plugin at survey listing page afterPluginLoad is called.
In 2.06 : afterPluginLoad is not called for survey listing page

Steps To Reproduce

Import and activate https://github.com/Shnoulle/Piwik-for-Limesurvey in a 2.05 and in a 2.06
Compare Survey Listing

Additional Information

Maybe same for another controllers ? To be tested:

  • Print
  • Optout/Optin
  • ?

Maybe we need another event (beforeRenderPage(Public|Admin) ? ).
