Summary09641: in general settings and pannel integration to add URL parameter cant't read history
Description

1,in the pannel integration ,add URL parameter,add a parameter name and click save.
2,the URL parameter's list show the parameter.
3,click save button.
4,and then .the next time ,I check this tab this parameter ,the the URL parameter's list cant't show the parameter whitch I set.

Steps To Reproduce

1,in the pannel integration ,add URL parameter,add a parameter name and click save.
2,the URL parameter's list show the parameter.
3,click save button.I check the db of lime_survey_url_parameters,it has saved.
4,and then .the next time ,I check this tab this parameter ,the the URL parameter's list cant't show the parameter whitch I set.

when I modify other tab .the table lime_survey_url_parameters of this survey's parameter will be delete

I test the official website demo, english also has this problem.

Can you confirm with the last version (2.06), think it's fixed (i can not reproduce: test with one lang survey and multiple language).
