Summary09631: Allow upload of harmless files through template editor
Description

The current line in /application/config/config-defaults.php
reads:
$config['allowedtemplateuploads'] = 'gif,ico,jpg,png,css,js,,map,json,eot,svg,ttf,woff';

  1. There is one comma too much in that line.
  2. I miss the possibility to upload .txt and .MD (markdown from Github) files. Since we, but possibly more devolpers use Github, we would like that the license file can be included.
