| Summary | 09600: Printable survey version only shows first question group |

| Description | When selecting "Printable version" from admin survey menu, only first question group is shown, number of questions is reported only for first group. |

| Steps To Reproduce | Select printable version for survey containing more than one question groups (each heaving at least one visible question) |

| Additional Information | May be related to issue 09575 which seems to be a php version issue (5.4.16).
It works fine on php 5.3.3 / Apache 2.2.3 / RHEL 5.5 with same L.S. build nbr (2.05+ 150310).
Problem also there in 2.05+ build 140915 on PHP 5.4.16. |
