I insert this code in the description of the survey and a SPAN appears without the data.

If the 33565 and/or the 33566 are on the same page : yes, it's needed. We have to use javascript to update it.

If not : please upload a lss file.

Did the question used are on same page (same group if Survey is in group by group mode) : if yes : it's the desired behaviour.

Yes the questions are in the same group and the survey is "All in one".
I change the setting for "Group by grop" and it works.
