Summary09456: Move repeat-headers setting in advanced settings of the (flexible) questions
Description

Repeat-headers setting ($repeatheadings) is located in the general settings of the installation ("presentation" tab) and affects all the surveys. Moving this attribute to the advanced settings of the array questions may give a lot of more flexibility and visibility to this setting.
