Summary09354: Admin login fails after installation of build 141110
Description

After a fresh installation on Debian 7.6 with apache 2.2.22 and PHP 5.4.34 connected to a MSSQL database on MSSQL Server 2008 on Windows Server 2k8R2 admin login fails.

The following error occurs:

Internal Server Error
CDbCommand failed to execute the SQL statement: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 4004 General SQL Server error: Check messages from the SQL Server [4004] (severity 16) [(null)]
An internal error occurred while the Web server was processing your request. Please contact the webmaster to report this problem.

The error also occurred with build 141020.
Build 141003 is fine after instalaltion.

On the same setup (with build 141003 and 141003 updated to 141020) the questions are not displayed in surveys and survey previews, while in administration frontend everything else is ok.

I just tried to use a mysql installation on the debian machine. With this setup everything works fine, so i can say my LAP Setup is ok. The problem only occurrs when i use the MSSQL database.
