Summary09320: Unable to edit local the bounce parameters in token management
Description

It is impossible to edit the parameters of the bounce account in the token management section, the field are greyed and not active.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to token namanagemnt, select bounce settings and you cannot edit the server; protocol, port, username and password

Surely some javascript part lost somewhere. Actually you can deactivate javascript, click the link, save, reactivate javascript.

This javascript is really uneeded. Never disallow update settings , even if not used.
