Description

Help button in token management throws JS error "Uncaught ReferenceError: showhelp is not defined". Help page doesn't show.

Steps To Reproduce

Open token management in any demo survey, e.g. http://demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=admin/tokens/sa/index/surveyid/312139

Klick on help button (?)

JS console shows "Uncaught ReferenceError: showhelp is not defined"

Same thing in the Label set admin screen.

What was the showhelp() function intended to do? (can't find it in 2.0 or 2.05)

Shouldn't this simply link to the manual?
