Steps To Reproduce

Login to Limesurvey. Here is what I get for the navigation bar:

admin
images/home
images/security
images/usergroup
images/global
images/checkdb
images/backup
images/labels
images/templates
images/cpdb
images/plugin

Most of these are understandable, but it seems that it is grabbing names of image files and not link text.

The problem is worse when editing a survey. There are several tabs that simply say "right angle bracket" now -- and I can't read the text. I have to click on them to open up their submenues to see what they do. For example, clicking on one of them gives me this menu that is readable:

Hi,

Yes, really .... a very lot of work on the admin part is needed ....

I look to add alt for the menu. Think we have to rework on the menu too.

Can you test the 'public survey' too and open a bug for each part found. Our first objective is the public part.

Are you OK to rename this one with : image menu are unreadable with JAWS and NVDA.

And open a new one for submenu ?

(If OK : assign it to me)

Certainly happy to test the public interface! In fact I have been doing so informally with my own surveys and haven't noticed any problems, but I will be more careful to try to find them now.
