Summary09081: Postgres installation hangs
Description

Installer hangs on database configuration page when installing on posgres server.
Database type: postgres
Location: localhost
Database user: TESTUSER
Databse password: xxxxxx
Database name: TESTBASE

Postgres configured correctly, installer gives -
Connection with database failed. Please check database location, user name and password and try again.

/var/lib/pgsql/data/pg_log/postgresql-Fri.log has
FATAL: database "TESTUSER" does not exist

Works just fine here. Obviously 'testuser' does not exist or does not have proper permissions.
