Summary09057: Unable to save survey previously loaded
Description

When loading a previously saved survey with name and password, the "save and continue later" button is not anymore present.

Steps To Reproduce

1.- Create a survey.
2.- Enable saving survey when taking it.
3.- Activate survey
4.- Fill some questions
5.- Save survey (including enter name, password and email)
6.- Exit survey
7.- Enter survey again
8.- Load saved data

Result: "Save and continue later" button is not present anymore.
