Summary09047: Replacement field properties don't show up/bad layout
Description

When I choose to show replacement field properties when editing a question I get two different layouts: One narrow and bad looking one when doing this from question editor and a better looking one from help editor.

The content is not shown first time I do this, I have to click inside the pop up box and then the content is displayed.

The same is true about the replacement field properties when editing a-mail templates. No content first time the pop up is displayed.

Another small bug: when closing the pop up the buttons YES/NO for Mandatory is moved to the left of the screen. Still in editing a question (short free text).
