Summary09036: Preserve information "not shown" and "not answered" about questions
Description

The distinction between "not shown" and "not answered", the difference between an empty string and a NULL value in the database. This information should be converted into special values when exporting results.

Perhaps a checkbox in the export plugins. Perhaps textboxes, which allow to preassign values to these cases (not shown, not answered).

Very useful feature, IMHO. I am not sure whether there is already a difference on the DB level between not shown and not answered. If yes, implementation would be easy indeed (in the export plugins).

There are a differnece in DB : NULL or an empty string.

The difficulty is to find a value for NULL.

If we set to N/A (for example) and some user answer N/A in a short text : we have the same value.

I don't think we have different value for CSV for NULL and empty ;)

PS: i think we just need some 'extra plugin event' for export in FormattingOptions

Have the solution in a plugin for 2.06, 2.05 have some problem for Y/N and checkbox (the replace Y/N break while system ...)
