Summary09000: ranking and limit to less answers than options
Description

I am not sure if this is a bug, but it does not work as I expect, so I ask here.

Steps To Reproduce

I have made a ranking question containing about 20 answer options. When running the survey the user has to rank all 20 answers.

I want the user to only select and rank three answers so I set max and min answers to 3 under Advanced settings. I am now told I have to choose 3 answers.

I do select the 3 answers and rank them as expected, but I cannot move to next page as I have not choosen all answers.

The question is if it is supposed to be possible to select less answers than answer options, e.g. 3 out of 20 possible answers?

I really hope this is a bug as it is a really nice feature to select some options out a list of many and then rank them.
