Summary | 08988: Importing CSV file into token table does not set email status column correctly
Description | Since updating to Limesurvey Version 2.05+ Build 140414 i have noticed something strange. If you import a csv file into the token table everything imports correctly, however, if you go to send the emails out you get a message saying there are no tokens to send to. Upon further inspection I have noticed that the CSV file that was imported did not have the value in the Email status column set correctly (it is set to blank) which causes the email to fail.
Steps To Reproduce | Create a survey with a token table
Additional Information | I have found a workaround by setting the column default to OK in sql server.
