Summary08960: Persistent "Cdbconnection failed to open the db connection" error
Description

After complete successful installation on a webserver I got a permanent "Cdbconnection failed to open the db connection" error.
I use a very long MySQL password string containing '\' and '"'
I found that in LimeSurvey/application/config/config.php these characters where escaped to '\' and '\"' although the installation did not fail.
Manually editing the config.php on the webserver helps me out in this case.

Update: Manually editing the config.php did not help me out.
After the fresh install I was not able to log on as Admin, probably because the installation script did not run completely.
Not knowing better I was forced to erase all (PHP&SQL) and restart from scratch with a MySQL password without '\' and '"'
