Where do you they appear like this exactly?

I tried to do this :SQL command on database similar to what is found here:

but I did not succeed
note :
all of the tables encoding utf8 COLLATE utf8_unicode_c, but there are only 3 or 4 are encoding latin1_swedish_ci

@Carsten : i have the same issue with an existing version, seems installation and update don't really fix this issue : maybe we can add this to 'checkdataintegrity' ?
