Summary08914: Allow to click next/submit more than once
Description

This is fixed in Version 2.00. However, in version 2.05, user is allowed to click next/submit more than once. When user click submit more than once, the following error shown:
Error

We are sorry but your session has expired.

Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.

Please contact Administrator ( your-email@example.net ) for further assistance.

Steps To Reproduce

Click submit button more than once on any survey using version 2.05.

It seems okay with FireFox. But not working well with google chrome. You need to click the submit button really quick. Try to click as many time as you can. You may need to test 2 - 3 times to see the error. I also attached sample 3 questions survey to test.

In version 2.00, once we click next/submit, the button will be disabled. However, in this latest version, click next/submit will not be disabled after click.
